data-end=\"739\">insolvency proceedings<\/strong> (e.g., bankruptcy, arrangement with creditors, compulsory administrative liquidation, extraordinary or controlled administration);<br><br><\/li><li data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"863\">Alternatively, if the employer <strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"940\">is not subject to such proceedings<\/strong>, it is necessary to <strong data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1023\">verify insolvency through individual legal action<\/strong>.<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"> <\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbed58a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cbed58a\"
