We remind you that the pension redemption threshold table is updated annually at the beginning of the year and is valid for one year. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94826e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"94826e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Disbursement of pension benefits<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-037ab35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"037ab35\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The right to pension benefits is acquired upon meeting the access requirements for benefits established in the mandatory system to which one belongs, with at least 5 years of participation in Complementary Pension Schemes.<\/p><ul><li>Pension benefits can be paid in capital, according to the current value, up to a maximum of 50%; the remaining part must be paid <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondapi.it\/en\/pension-fund-redemption\/pension-benefit-as-annuity\/\">in the form of an annuity.<\/a><\/span><\/strong><br><br><\/li><li>Only <strong>in two cases is it possible to request 100% disbursement in the form of capital<\/strong>:<ul><li><strong>if the subject was enrolled in complementary pension schemes before April 29, 1993<\/strong> (old members) pursuant to Article 23 of Legislative Decree 252\/2005 or if <\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>if the annuity resulting from the conversion of at least 70% of the final amount is less than 50% of the social allowance<\/strong>. The amounts of the final sum must be below the following thresholds: <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
