<b>Assembly of Delegates<\/b> is equally composed of representatives of workers and companies, and is renewed approximately every 3 years.<\/p><p>With the same frequency, the Assembly appoints the members of the <b>Board of Directors<\/b>, which is also equally composed of representatives of workers and companies. The role of <b>Chairman of the Board of Directors<\/b> is alternated between the two representations at each renewal. <\/p><p>This structure, in addition to providing the possibility of dialogue with the members of the governing bodies, ensures the <b>most equitable representation for workers and companies affiliated with Fondapi<\/b>.<\/p><p><b>Transparency and information<\/b> means providing everyone with the tools to verify what is happening with the Pension Fund and individual contribution positions.
