Por un lado, <g id=\"gid_1\">el de la empresa<\/g> para motivar a sus empleados, por otro, <g id=\"gid_2\">el de los empleados<\/g> \u00a1para ganar m\u00e1s!<br>Destinar el premio por resultados al Fondo de pensiones Fondapi es ventajoso. \u00a1Descubramos por qu\u00e9!  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94826e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"94826e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el premio por resultados?\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-037ab35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"037ab35\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tambi\u00e9n llamado <strong>premio de producci\u00f3n<\/strong>, el premio por resultados es una retribuci\u00f3n adicional que la empresa otorga a sus empleados cuando se obtienen <strong>incrementos de productividad, rentabilidad o calidad, eficiencia e innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Por ley, estos aumentos deben ser verificables y medibles. <\/p><h4 id=\"il-regime-fiscale-agevolato\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">El r\u00e9gimen fiscal bonificado<\/h4><p>El r\u00e9gimen fiscal bonificado del premio por resultados se aplica a todos los trabajadores del sector privado que en el a\u00f1o anterior a su percepci\u00f3n no hayan superado una renta por trabajo dependiente de 80.000\u20ac.<\/p><p>La <strong>Ley de Estabilidad para 2016<\/strong> introdujo la <strong>fiscalidad bonificada<\/strong> en la normativa del premio por resultados. Consiste en la aplicaci\u00f3n de un impuesto sustitutivo del IRPF y de los recargos regionales y municipales. <strong>El impuesto aplicado es del 10% para las cantidades hasta 3.000\u20ac brutos<\/strong> pagadas en forma de premio por resultados. <\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, la percepci\u00f3n de dicho premio hasta 3.000\u20ac brutos no computa para formar la renta del trabajador a efectos fiscales. Si el premio supera este l\u00edmite, la parte que exceda los 3.000\u20ac estar\u00e1 sujeta a la tributaci\u00f3n ordinaria. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div pensiones<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf6ded1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cf6ded1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/2017\/12\/29\/17G00222\/sg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>En 2017<\/strong> una actualizaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Estabilidad para 2016<\/a> a\u00f1adi\u00f3 la <strong>posibilidad de aportar el premio por resultados al Fondo de pensiones<\/strong>.<\/p><h4 id=\"conviene-versare-il-premio-di-risultato-al-fondo-pensione\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfEs conveniente aportar el premio por resultados al Fondo de pensiones?<\/h4><p>La respuesta es:<strong> \u00a1s\u00ed!<\/strong><br>Esta novedad representa una <strong>enorme ventaja para los trabajadores<\/strong> que deseen beneficiarse de ella. De hecho, si el premio por resultados se convierte en aportaci\u00f3n al fondo de pensiones: <\/p><ul><li><strong>no est\u00e1 sujeto a ning\u00fan tipo de impuesto<\/strong>. Ni siquiera al impuesto sustitutivo del 10%; <\/li><li><strong>no computa para la formaci\u00f3n de la renta del trabajador<\/strong>. Ni siquiera en el caso de que supere el l\u00edmite de deducibilidad normal de 5.164,57\u20ac. <\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p><strong>La exenci\u00f3n de impuestos es, adem\u00e1s, absoluta<\/strong>. La cantidad o cantidades relativas a los premios no ser\u00e1n gravadas ni siquiera en la fase de prestaci\u00f3n (rescate, prestaci\u00f3n previsional, RITA o anticipo). <\/p><p>Recordamos, por \u00faltimo, que tanto el empleado como la empresa deben informar a Fondapi de la voluntad de aportar el premio de producci\u00f3n al Fondo. Adem\u00e1s, la <strong>cotizaci\u00f3n a la Seguridad Social<\/strong> para el premio por resultados en n\u00f3mina es algo superior al 23%, si, en cambio, se aporta al Fondo de pensiones baja \u2013 de manera preventiva \u2013 \u00a1<strong>al 10%!<\/strong> S\u00ed,<strong> el 10% de manera preventiva<\/strong>, porque <strong>en realidad deber\u00eda ser nula (0%)<\/strong>, pero a la espera del pronunciamiento de la Seguridad Social se aconseja la aplicaci\u00f3n sustitutiva del 10%. <\/p><p>Por \u00faltimo, gracias a estas bonificaciones fiscales, con los mismos costes para la empresa, esta proporciona <strong>un valor econ\u00f3mico m\u00e1s elevado a su empleado<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fda99e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0fda99e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\"
