Recordamos que la tabla de umbrales de rescate por jubilaci\u00f3n se actualiza anualmente a principios de a\u00f1o y tiene validez anual. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94826e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"94826e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Prestaci\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n de jubilaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-037ab35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"037ab35\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El derecho a la prestaci\u00f3n de jubilaci\u00f3n se adquiere en el momento de la maduraci\u00f3n de los requisitos de acceso a las prestaciones establecidos en el r\u00e9gimen obligatorio de pertenencia, con al menos 5 a\u00f1os de participaci\u00f3n en las Formas de Pensi\u00f3n Complementarias.<\/p><ul><li>Las prestaciones de jubilaci\u00f3n pueden ser prestadas en capital, seg\u00fan el valor actual, hasta un m\u00e1ximo del 50%; la parte residual debe ser prestada <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondapi.it\/es\/prestacion-de-pension-en-forma-de-renta\/\">en forma de renta.<\/a><\/span><\/strong><br><br><\/li><li>Solamente <strong>en dos casos es posible solicitar la prestaci\u00f3n al 100% en forma de capital<\/strong>:<ul><li><strong>si se trata de sujeto inscrito en previsi\u00f3n complementaria antes del 29 de abril de 1993<\/strong> (antiguos inscritos) seg\u00fan el art. 23 del D. Lgs. 252\/2005 o si <\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>si la renta derivada de la conversi\u00f3n de al menos el 70% del montante final es inferior al 50% de la asignaci\u00f3n social<\/strong>. Los importes del montante final deben ser inferiores a los siguientes umbrales: <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element liquidaci\u00f3n \u00edntegramente en capital sin ninguna obligaci\u00f3n de renta<\/strong>;\n<ul>\n<li><strong>si en cambio ha madurado un montante superior a 117.323\u20ac<\/strong> (suma identificada en la tabla sobre la base de su sexo y de su edad) <strong>tendr\u00e1 la obligaci\u00f3n de solicitar la prestaci\u00f3n eligiendo la liquidaci\u00f3n bajo forma de renta para al menos la mitad del montante madurado<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si el trabajador mencionado esperase algunos meses antes de presentar la solicitud de jubilaci\u00f3n al Fondo, por ejemplo 3 meses, encontr\u00e1ndose en la condici\u00f3n, por tanto, de tener<strong> <u>66 a\u00f1os y 3 meses, la tabla no ser\u00eda capaz de devolverle un valor umbral puntual sino un intervalo dentro del cual dicho valor estar\u00e1 contenido.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El trabajador sabr\u00e1 que el valor umbral es inferior a aquel identificado en correspondencia de los 66 a\u00f1os, 117.323\u20ac, y que podr\u00e1 descender hasta un valor m\u00ednimo de 112.870\u20ac correspondiente al valor umbral para los 67
