Este acuerdo regula las <strong>condiciones laborales<\/strong> de los empleados del sector metal\u00fargico, que incluye numerosas empresas de producci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y reparaci\u00f3n de maquinaria y equipos. <\/p><p>El CCNL Metal\u00fargico se renueva habitualmente cada tres a\u00f1os mediante una negociaci\u00f3n entre las asociaciones sindicales y las asociaciones empresariales. La \u00faltima renegociaci\u00f3n del contrato se remonta a 2021, cuando se establecieron las nuevas condiciones laborales para el trienio 2022-2024. <\/p><p>Una de las caracter\u00edsticas m\u00e1s importantes del CCNL Metal\u00fargico es su <strong>aplicaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional<\/strong>. Esto significa que las condiciones laborales establecidas por el contrato son v\u00e1lidas para todos los empleados del sector, independientemente de su ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica o del tipo de empresa en la que trabajen.  <\/p><p>En esta p\u00e1gina profundizamos en algunos aspectos generales relacionados con el mismo, como por ejemplo:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"#livelli-inquadramento\">los niveles de clasificaci\u00f3n profesional<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#tabelle\">las tablas salariales<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#netto\">la estimaci\u00f3n del salario neto en n\u00f3mina<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>Pero tambi\u00e9n aspectos relacionados con la previsi\u00f3n complementaria y la pensi\u00f3n complementaria como:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"#premio\">la prima de producci\u00f3n al Fondo de pensiones<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#contributo\">la contribuci\u00f3n adicional de la CCNL Metal\u00fargico<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5593366d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5593366d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En primer lugar, se puede distinguir entre trabajadores operarios y trabajadores especializados. Los operarios son los trabajadores que realizan tareas principalmente manuales, mientras que los empleados especializados son los trabajadores que realizan tareas de coordinaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n. <\/p><p>Los empleados especializados, en particular, son aquellos que tienen mayor experiencia y competencia en el desempe\u00f1o de una determinada actividad laboral, mientras que los operarios no especializados realizan tareas menos complejas.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, dentro de la categor\u00eda de empleados especializados, se pueden distinguir otras subcategor\u00edas, como los encargados de mantenimiento, producci\u00f3n, log\u00edstica y las distintas oficinas t\u00e9cnicas, comerciales y administrativas. Esta actualizaci\u00f3n, firmada por Unionmeccanica Confapi junto con FIOM CGIL y FIM CISL, se basa en el ajuste del IPC comunicado por el Istat el 7 de junio de 2024. A partir del 1 de junio de 2025, entrar\u00e1n en vigor los nuevos importes, que incluyen:  <\/p><ul><li>M\u00ednimos contractuales<\/li><li>Dietas por desplazamiento<\/li><li>Complemento por disponibilidad<\/li><\/ul><p>Estos importes sustituir\u00e1n a los establecidos en el acuerdo del 26 de mayo de 2021. Esta actualizaci\u00f3n anual, prevista en el acuerdo de renovaci\u00f3n firmado en 2021, refleja la din\u00e1mica econ\u00f3mica actual y tiene como objetivo proteger el poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores del sector. La iniciativa subraya la importancia de un di\u00e1logo constante entre los interlocutores sociales para mantener un equilibrio entre las necesidades empresariales y los derechos de los trabajadores.  <\/p><p>En la tabla siguiente mostramos los nuevos m\u00ednimos salariales y el correspondiente aumento respecto al a\u00f1o Sin embargo, intervienen <g id=\"gid_0\">numerosas variables<\/g> (horas extras, desplazamientos, complementos por trabajo nocturno, impuestos regionales y municipales, etc.) que pueden modificar el neto en n\u00f3mina. Los siguientes son ejemplos sencillos calculados solo sobre los m\u00ednimos retributivos a los que se aplica la <strong>correspondiente tributaci\u00f3n IRPEF<\/strong>.  <\/p><p>Ejemplos:<\/p><ul><li>Trabajador clasificado en el nivel 3\u00ba metal\u00fargico; m\u00ednimo salarial 1.944,96\u20ac brutos mensuales. Netos de IRPEF corresponden a aproximadamente 1.470\u20ac <\/li><li>Trabajador clasificado en el nivel 5\u00ba metal\u00fargico; m\u00ednimo salarial 2.173,76\u20ac brutos mensuales. Netos de IRPEF corresponden a aproximadamente 1.640\u20ac <\/li><li>Trabajador clasificado en el nivel 7\u00ba metal\u00fargico; m\u00ednimo salarial 2.500,42\u20ac brutos mensuales. Se trata de una suma de dinero que se abona al trabajador en base a la productividad alcanzada y los <strong>resultados obtenidos durante el a\u00f1o<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Puede ser reconocida a todos los trabajadores del sector metal\u00fargico, independientemente de su categor\u00eda. Sin embargo, las modalidades de c\u00e1lculo y las cuotas de prima pueden variar seg\u00fan las funciones espec\u00edficas y el nivel de responsabilidad del trabajador. <\/p><p>La prima de producci\u00f3n se establece mediante la definici\u00f3n de un <strong>objetivo de producci\u00f3n<\/strong> que la empresa se propone alcanzar durante el a\u00f1o. Este objetivo es establecido unilateralmente por la empresa, pero debe ser <strong>objetivamente cuantificable y coherente<\/strong> con la producci\u00f3n efectiva de la empresa. <\/p><p>Una vez establecido el objetivo de producci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n se establece la cuota de prima de producci\u00f3n correspondiente al trabajador en caso de alcanzar el objetivo. Una peque\u00f1a suma adicional <strong>totalmente a cargo de la empresa.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p>La contribuci\u00f3n empresarial para la previsi\u00f3n complementaria es una forma de <strong>apoyo a la previsi\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>complementaria<\/strong> prevista por el Convenio Colectivo Nacional de Trabajo (CCNL) Metal\u00fargico. Se trata de una suma de dinero que la empresa aporta a favor de los trabajadores inscritos en el Fondo de pensiones complementario negocial de referencia para ese convenio colectivo espec\u00edfico. <\/p>\n<p>La contribuci\u00f3n empresarial para la previsi\u00f3n complementaria es obligatoria para todos los trabajadores del sector metal\u00fargico que se adhieren a Fondapi, independientemente del nivel o funci\u00f3n que desempe\u00f1en.<\/p>\n<p>La contribuci\u00f3n empresarial y la aportaci\u00f3n del empleador para la previsi\u00f3n complementaria se establecen mediante la definici\u00f3n de un porcentaje de la retribuci\u00f3n m\u00ednima del trabajador. Estos importes son luego ingresados por la empresa a Fondapi junto con el TFR devengado. <\/p>\n<p>Espec\u00edficamente para el convenio metal\u00fargico, la contribuci\u00f3n voluntaria m\u00ednima es del <strong>1,2%<\/strong> del m\u00ednimo salarial del nivel de referencia. Si el trabajador hace esta elecci\u00f3n, la empresa, tambi\u00e9n sobre el m\u00ednimo salarial, calcula el <strong>2%<\/strong> y lo aporta. <\/p>\n<p>Ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>trabajador clasificado en el cuarto nivel metal\u00fargico con un m\u00ednimo salarial de <strong>2.029,28<\/strong>\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>decide aportar su contribuci\u00f3n m\u00ednima del <strong>1,2%<\/strong> \u2013 equivalente a aproximadamente <strong>25<\/strong>\u20ac<\/li>\n<li>recibe de la empresa, directamente ingresados en su fondo de pensiones en Fondapi, otros <strong>41<\/strong>\u20ac.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La contribuci\u00f3n empresarial para la previsi\u00f3n complementaria es, por tanto, una forma de apoyo a la previsi\u00f3n complementaria que permite a los trabajadores aumentar su ahorro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recordamos que la contribuci\u00f3n empresarial solo es obligatoria cuando se adhiere a un Fondo sectorial, como
