Cet accord r\u00e9git les <strong>conditions de travail<\/strong> des employ\u00e9s du secteur m\u00e9tallurgique, qui comprend de nombreuses entreprises de production, maintenance et r\u00e9paration de machines et \u00e9quipements. <\/p><p>La CCNL M\u00e9tallurgie est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement renouvel\u00e9e tous les trois ans par une n\u00e9gociation entre les syndicats et les associations d&#8217;employeurs. La derni\u00e8re ren\u00e9gociation du contrat remonte \u00e0 2021, lorsque les nouvelles conditions de travail ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablies pour la p\u00e9riode 2022-2024. <\/p><p>L&rsquo;une des caract\u00e9ristiques les plus importantes de la CCNL M\u00e9tallurgie est son <strong>application \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale<\/strong>. Cela signifie que les conditions de travail \u00e9tablies par la convention sont valables pour tous les employ\u00e9s du secteur, ind\u00e9pendamment de leur situation g\u00e9ographique ou du type d&rsquo;entreprise dans laquelle ils travaillent.  <\/p><p>Dans cette page, nous approfondissons certains aspects g\u00e9n\u00e9raux li\u00e9s \u00e0 celle-ci, comme par exemple :<\/p><ul><li><a distinguer entre les ouvriers et les travailleurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Les ouvriers sont les travailleurs qui effectuent principalement des t\u00e2ches manuelles, tandis que les employ\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s sont les travailleurs qui effectuent des t\u00e2ches de coordination et de gestion. <\/p><p>Les employ\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, en particulier, sont ceux qui ont une plus grande exp\u00e9rience et comp\u00e9tence dans l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 professionnelle donn\u00e9e, tandis que les ouvriers non sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s effectuent des t\u00e2ches moins complexes.<\/p><p>De plus, au sein de la cat\u00e9gorie des employ\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, on peut distinguer d&rsquo;autres sous-cat\u00e9gories, comme les agents de maintenance, de production, de logistique et les diff\u00e9rents services techniques, commerciaux et administratifs. Cette mise \u00e0 jour, sign\u00e9e par Unionmeccanica Confapi avec FIOM CGIL et FIM CISL, est bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;ajustement IPCA communiqu\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Istat le 7 juin 2024. \u00c0 partir du 1er juin 2025, les nouveaux montants entreront en vigueur, incluant :  <\/p><ul><li>Minimums conventionnels<\/li><li>Indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9placement<\/li><li>Indemnit\u00e9s d&rsquo;astreinte<\/li><\/ul><p>Ces montants remplaceront ceux \u00e9tablis dans l&rsquo;accord du 26 mai 2021. Cette mise \u00e0 jour annuelle, pr\u00e9vue par l&rsquo;accord de renouvellement sign\u00e9 en 2021, refl\u00e8te la dynamique \u00e9conomique actuelle et vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat des travailleurs du secteur. L&rsquo;initiative souligne l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;un dialogue constant entre les partenaires sociaux pour maintenir un \u00e9quilibre entre les besoins des entreprises et les droits des travailleurs.  <\/p><p>Dans le tableau ci-dessous, nous pr\u00e9sentons les nouveaux minimums conventionnels et l&rsquo;augmentation correspondante par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e Cependant, les modalit\u00e9s de calcul et les montants de la prime peuvent varier selon les fonctions sp\u00e9cifiques et le niveau de responsabilit\u00e9 du travailleur. <\/p><p>La prime de production est \u00e9tablie \u00e0 travers la d\u00e9finition d&rsquo;un <strong>objectif de production<\/strong> que l&rsquo;entreprise se fixe d&rsquo;atteindre pendant l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une somme d&rsquo;argent vers\u00e9e par l&rsquo;entreprise en faveur des travailleurs inscrits au Fonds de pension compl\u00e9mentaire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour cette convention collective sp\u00e9cifique. <\/p>\n<p>La contribution patronale pour la pr\u00e9voyance compl\u00e9mentaire est due pour tous les travailleurs du secteur m\u00e9tallurgique qui adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 Fondapi, ind\u00e9pendamment du niveau ou de la fonction d&rsquo;appartenance.<\/p>\n<p>La contribution patronale et la contribution de l&#8217;employeur pour la pr\u00e9voyance compl\u00e9mentaire sont \u00e9tablies \u00e0 travers la d\u00e9finition d&rsquo;un pourcentage de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration minimum du travailleur. Ces montants sont ensuite vers\u00e9s par l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 Fondapi avec le TFR acquis. <\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00e9cifiquement pour la convention m\u00e9tallurgie, la contribution volontaire minimum est \u00e9gale \u00e0 <strong>1,2 %<\/strong> du minimum conventionnel du niveau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Si le travailleur fait ce choix, l&rsquo;entreprise, toujours sur le minimum conventionnel, calcule <strong>2 %<\/strong> et le verse. <\/p>\n<p>Exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>travailleur class\u00e9 au quatri\u00e8me niveau m\u00e9tallurgie avec un minimum conventionnel de <strong>2 029,28<\/strong> \u20ac<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9cide de verser sa contribution minimum de <strong>1,2 %<\/strong> \u2013
