Nous vous rappelons que le tableau des seuils de rachat pour la retraite est mis \u00e0 jour annuellement en d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e et est valable pour une ann\u00e9e. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94826e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"94826e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Versement de la prestation de retraite<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-037ab35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"037ab35\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le droit \u00e0 la prestation de retraite est acquis lors de la satisfaction des conditions d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux prestations \u00e9tablies dans le r\u00e9gime obligatoire d&rsquo;appartenance, avec au moins 5 ans de participation aux R\u00e9gimes de Retraite Compl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p><ul><li>Les prestations de retraite peuvent \u00eatre vers\u00e9es en capital, selon la valeur actuelle, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un maximum de 50 % ; la partie restante doit \u00eatre vers\u00e9e <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondapi.it\/fr\/rachat-du-fonds-de-pension\/prestation-de-retraite-sous-forme-de-rente\/\">sous forme de rente.<\/a><\/span><\/strong><br><br><\/li><li><strong>Il n&rsquo;est possible de demander le versement \u00e0 100 % sous forme de capital que dans deux cas<\/strong> :<ul><li><strong>s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une personne inscrite \u00e0 la retraite compl\u00e9mentaire avant le 29 avril 1993<\/strong> (anciens adh\u00e9rents) conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 23 du d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif 252\/2005 ou <\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>si la rente r\u00e9sultant de la conversion d&rsquo;au moins 70 % du montant final est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50 % de l&rsquo;allocation sociale<\/strong>. Les montants du capital final doivent \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieurs aux seuils suivants : <\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div peut demander la liquidation enti\u00e8rement en capital sans aucune obligation de rente<\/strong> ;\n<ul>\n<li><strong>si en revanche il a accumul\u00e9 un montant sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 117 323 \u20ac<\/strong> (somme identifi\u00e9e dans le tableau selon son sexe et son \u00e2ge) <strong>il aura l&rsquo;obligation de demander la prestation en choisissant la liquidation sous forme de rente pour au moins la moiti\u00e9 du montant accumul\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si le travailleur mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus attendait quelques mois avant de pr\u00e9senter sa demande de retraite au Fonds, par exemple 3 mois, se trouvant donc dans la situation d&rsquo;avoir<strong> <u>66 ans et 3 mois, le tableau ne serait pas en mesure de lui fournir une valeur seuil pr\u00e9cise mais un intervalle dans lequel cette valeur sera comprise.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le travailleur saura que la valeur seuil est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle identifi\u00e9e pour 66 ans, soit 117 323 \u20ac, et qu&rsquo;elle pourra descendre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une valeur minimale de 112 870 \u20ac correspondant \u00e0 la valeur seuil pour 67
