HOW TO RECOVER THE PASSWORD AND/OR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER:

You can recover the password independently from the login page of the reserved area.

Log in with SPID or CIE (password not required), or with your credentials.

If you do not have SPID or CIE, click on “Credentials” and then on “Forgot your password?”.

CONTINUATION OF CONTRIBUTION AT ANOTHER COMPANY:

If you change companies, you can continue to contribute to Fondapi in the new employment relationship only if the new company applies a CCNL that includes Fondapi.

1. Verify the CCNL

Ensure that the National Collective Labor Agreement applied by the new company includes Fondapi. In case of doubts, you can ask for confirmation from the personnel office or consult the dedicated section of the Fondapi website.

2. Download and complete the form

Download the Contribution Continuation Form available at the following link:

The form must be completed and signed by both you (the member) and the new company.

You will find on the form itself all the detailed instructions for correct completion and submission to Fondapi.

TRANSFER TO FONDAPI:

If you already have an active pension fund and want to transfer it to Fondapi, follow the instructions below:

1. Transfer Request

Send the transfer request to your current pension fund (ceding fund) using the forms of the fund you want to transfer.

2. Form Completion

Indicate as the destination fund: FONDAPI

COVIP Register Number: 116

No need to enter the IBAN: it is already registered in the pension fund systems.

3. Submission of the Request

After you have sent the request to your old fund, you do not need to do anything else. Your old fund will contact Fondapi and request authorization to proceed.

PLEASE NOTE:

- You can request the transfer only after joining Fondapi.

- Fondapi DOES NOT have any authority to request the transfer on your behalf. The initiation of the procedure is not automatic.

REDEMPTIONS:

The redemption request can be made by choosing one of the following two methods:

1. Online Redemption Request

Access your Reserved Area and click on the "REDEMPTIONS" option.

The system will guide you step by step to correctly submit the request. The procedure is completely electronic, and it will not be necessary to send the documentation by registered mail.

2. Redemption Request on Paper Form

Download the form from this link, complete it and send it to Fondapi by registered mail or via personal PEC (exclusively personal, or alternatively by presenting a proxy) to the address fondapi@pec.fondapi.it and attach a valid identity document.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO ATTACH (for both online and paper requests)

📄 Signed copy of the identity document;

📄 Bank statement confirming that the account holder is the Member. (web page capture documents with account header with IBAN code and account holder name may be considered sufficient, if legible);

📄 (only for pension benefits) INPS TE08 form or EcoCert or other official documentation certifying the acceptance of the pension application.

HOW TO COMMUNICATE THE TERMINATION OF AN EMPLOYEE ENROLLED IN FONDAPI

Access the company reserved area and:

• - Click on "Company Members" in the left sidebar;
• - Search for the name and select it;
• - Click on "TERMINATION" at the bottom right;
• - Enter the reason and the termination date;
• - Confirm by clicking "SEND"
