Transparency and Information

To discuss transparency and information, it is first important to illustrate how Fondapi's Governing Bodies are composed.

The Assembly of Delegates is equally composed of representatives of workers and companies, and is renewed approximately every 3 years.

With the same frequency, the Assembly appoints the members of the Board of Directors, which is also equally composed of representatives of workers and companies. The role of Chairman of the Board of Directors is alternated between the two representations at each renewal.

This structure, in addition to providing the possibility of dialogue with the members of the governing bodies, ensures the most equitable representation for workers and companies affiliated with Fondapi.

Transparency and information means providing everyone with the tools to verify what is happening with the Pension Fund and individual contribution positions. Every worker, therefore, has the ability to check their contribution position by accessing the reserved area from a desktop or via the smartphone and tablet app, where they can:

  • view the contribution statements from recent years and download them to their device;
  • check the contribution accuracy of the company;
  • verify the possibility of requesting advances and the maximum amount that can be requested;
  • Designate beneficiaries in case of premature death;
  • Request redemptions, retirements, and advances;
  • Make additional voluntary contributions;
  • Modify the investment compartment to adapt it to their needs;
  • Download documentation useful for tax purposes.


Additionally, the worker can choose to receive Fondapi newsletters: a periodic opportunity to review the Fund’s activities and recent topics related to complementary pension schemes.
