You can join by completing the online application or you can download the PDF form, print it, and fill it out by hand.

Furthermore, if you feel confused about choosing your additional voluntary contribution and selecting the fund during the application process, below you will find our simulators to estimate the company contribution and the worker contribution and to understand which fund might be most suitable for your situation.

Online Membership

Problems during online application?

This message appears if you have already completed the online registration. To resolve this, you need to find the email received after registration. This email contains the link and temporary password to proceed with the online completion of the membership form.
If you cannot retrieve it, contact support via the email form, setting the subject as “Worker” and the object as “Member Registration“.

This happens because you have already confirmed the data entered during pre-registration. To resolve this, simply search your inbox for the second automatic email received from Fondapi (the subject is “USER REGISTRATION CONFIRMED”).

This email contains:

the link to complete the online membership. This one!
the temporary password to access the application

No, it is NOT possible. Any handwritten changes would also lead to the rejection of the application.
In this case, we recommend contacting support via the email form, setting the subject as “Worker” and the object as “Member Registration“, explaining what you did wrong and attaching an identity document to the message.
The message must contain the phrase “Request to cancel the online membership form”.

Yes, even if completed online, the membership form must always be printed and sent. The shipment can be by registered or ordinary mail.
The envelope must contain:

  • the original form (not photocopies) signed in pen;
  • a copy of an identity document;
  • if you also have another pension fund, also a copy of the “Costs” Sheet of that fund signed on each page.

No. COVIP, the supervisory authority for pension funds in Italy, requires funds to archive and keep the ORIGINAL form with the original signatures of the Member.
For this reason, we cannot accept photocopied or electronically signed forms.

No, in the case of online membership, companies are exempt from completing and affixing a stamp and signature on page 4.
The member can proceed completely independently with the completion and sending of the form to Fondapi.

Once the form is received, Fondapi takes between 3 and 4 days to process the membership application.
Once processing is complete, if there are no compilation errors, the membership is accepted and the Member receives, in the following minutes, an email with the “Welcome Letter” confirming the activation of the membership and the Reserved Area.
